Payment Schedule
  • 100% of payment is due at time of booking
Damage Deposit
  • A per-authorization charge equal to the value of your stay is due one day before arrival and released seven days after departure
  • Wedding groups and large groups: A $5000 refundable deposit is due one day before arrival and released seven days after departure
Cancellation Policy
  • 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier
  • 0% refundable if cancelled after
Pets Policy
  • Pets are not permitted
Smoking Policy
  • Smoking is not permitted - Wonder is a 100% smoke-free space
Check In/Check Out
  • Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am
Parking
  • Parking is available offsite within walking distance three blocks away
